2018 Financial Statements

Financial Statements

As outlined in the Municipal Elections Act, candidates in the 2018 Municpal Election are required to file a Financial Statement on or before 2 p.m. on March 29, 2019. 

Candidates who wish to extend their campaign beyond December 31, 2018 are required to submit an application and must file a supplementary financial statement on or before 2 p.m. on September 27, 2019, in addition to the statement filed on or before March 29.

Under the Municipal Elections Act, the Clerk is required to publicly report on all Candidates and whether they file their financial statements. This report will be prepared after April 30, 2019.

Default

The following candidates failed to file a Financial Statement by the legislated date and are therefore in default. Each candidate is ineligible to be elected or appointed to any office to which the Muncipal Elections Act until after the next regular election.
