What if You Haven't Received Your Voter PIN?

Don't worry! If you're eligible to vote, you can still get your PIN so you can vote.

If you are an eligible voter and haven’t received your Voter Instruction Letter in the mail by October 12th there is still time. You have several options to add yourself to the list and receive your voter PIN so you can vote:

  • Go to The Municipal Voters’ List page on this website and follow the instructions for checking the Voters’ List to correct any potential errors in your information or add yourself to the list.  You will need to upload an image of an acceptable piece of identification. Your information will be reviewed by an election official and you will receive your Voter Instruction Letter including your PIN by email.  This service will not be available after 6 PM on October 24th.
  • Speak to a Customer Service Associate in-person at the Town of Newmarket Municipal Offices (395 Mulock Drive) during regular business hours. You will be asked to show identification and receive a printed copy of your Voter Instruction Letter.
  • During the voting period visit a Voter Assistance Centre at Magna Centre or Ray Twinney Recreation Complex, where you will be asked to show identification, and receive a printed copy of your Voter Instruction Letter. Voter Assistance Centres will be open October 15th to October 24th October 15th - October 24th; daily 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
